Founder & Director
Ioanna has always been a people’s person. Having started in the recruitment and HR industry in 2008, Ioanna has undergone several employment market changes.
With a passion for networking and allocating the right talent anywhere in the world Ioanna has built up unique skills in localizing client needs in several locations around the globe.
Her inhouse experience has been valuable in understanding operational matters, procedures, regulatory frameworks and financial market needs. This has in turn helped her to undertake a true commercial approach and always adjust her ways in what actually “works”.
Ioanna enjoys sports and she believes that exercise is key to taking the right decisions at the right time.
